Knowledge management in organizations: A conceptual systemic vision
Abstract:
The markets globalization and the continuous technological, economic, and political changes force organizations to examine efficient administrative managerial approaches that benefit from the experiences and knowledge of their human resources in order to face the market’s current dynamics to achieve a competitive advantage and to improve their business management. The objective of this article is to carry out a theoretical approach to knowledge management in organizations. A theoretical descriptive documentary research work based on document review and bibliographic material was carried out. As a result, a conceptual approach of knowledge management, the beliefs that support it, the values that underlie it, the body of law and the general considerations for its implementation were obtained. In conclusion, knowledge management allows strengthening the explicit management of intangible assets to increase productivity and competitiveness through appropriate knowledge management.
