LA GESTIÓN DE RESIDUOS DE LAS INDUSTRIAS LÁCTEAS: EL CASO DE ECUADOR

Abstract:

The development of the dairy industries is shown as a great nutritional and socioeconomic advance. This sector inexorably is related to processes of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in fact, as is known, a good structuring and evaluation of these processes, can contribute to the articulation of a more ethical industry, more sustainable and less corrupt. For this reason, it is important that dairy companies maintain good environmental management, as well as a correct and adequate public supervision. For this purpose, as an objective of the present investigation, its environmental impact is analyzed, as well as the risks derived from the dairy sector in Ecuador. which affect the population, such as: wastewater treatment and waste management with the purpose of generating certainty through the preparation of a panoramic photograph of the sector from its strengths to its weaknesses.
