LABOR STABILITY IN THE ECUADORIAN JUSTICE SYSTEM

Abstract:

In the present research work is developed in accordance with the budgets established by the titling system of the Technical University of Machala prior to obtaining the title of Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic of Ecuador, whose research topic is EL RIGHT TO WORK IN ECUADORIAN LAW. The present theoretical study was developed in the application of comparative law, which analyzes labor stability and dismissal from the perspective of the State as a guarantee of the right to work, as well as other rights fundamentals that are based on the and labor stability of people. In this sense, this work developed topics related to the right to work, its historical development, unjustified dismissal, among others.
