LEGALTECH AS A LEGAL-TECHNOLOGICAL TOOL FOR THE EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract:

The (Tics) known as Information and Communication Technologies currently have revolutionized the world and in the Law related to Public Administration is no exception, so it is necessary to mention that from the so-called information societies, administrations have converged in the use of technological tools to improve the efficiency of public services they provide, which is why in addition to providing a benefit within private legal systems, Legaltech becomes an indispensable tool for eGovernment in order to optimize the legal system and all the dependencies within a Public Administration, with the purpose of establishing zero-paper policies, approaching the administrated in ordinary administrative procedures, electronic files of sanctioning administrative procedures, as well as in administrative actions, thus guaranteeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Public Administration, and it should be noted that even artificial intelligence can be used, which is already used in several countries.
