Abstract:

Currently organizations, regardless of size and sector of activity, competitive markets face in seeking customer satisfaction with the efficiency of its activities. This research paper entitled "The audit of management and profitability of the company López & Lozada Cía. Ltda in the city of Ambato "it has been made in view have been detected shortcomings in the operational processes causing breach of goals, internal disorganization causing decreased liquidity which would lead to having considerable losses and a future cause the closure of the company. Audit Management is a tool to promote efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out its operations by providing a reasonable degree of security, increasing its efficiency through the implementation and management indicators and note the increased profitability by analyzing financial indicators thus get to meet goals and objectives in the short and long term, should determine their competitive weaknesses to which the company faces. The ideas of this research seek intellectual understanding of the directors of the company as to carry out an improvement, it is necessary to understand what are the factors that contribute to the process control of the entity which decreases it . So in summary it can help the company get where you want to go and avoid dangers and surprises along the way to determine what processes need to be improved, set priorities and provide a context for initiating and maintaining improvement plans that achieve stated objectives. Make possible the understanding that are configured business processes, their strengths and weaknesses. Finally it is important to note that for achieving success is from a simple and proper organization involving the participation of all who are involved in the company.
