Análisis de la calidad de servicio (QOS) en la red de telefonía fija para el Centro de la Ciudad de Babahoyo de una Empresa de Telecomunicaciones.
Abstract:
According to the national telecommunications law, subscribers are entitled to receive the services contracted in a continuous, regular, efficient and high quality way. In the present project an analysis of service quality is performed, for which the network is segregated at different levels in order to identify where the problem resides. The analysis includes the external plant, internal plant, equipment status and ip connectivity with the central office through the collection of field and remote data from the management system of the equipment. The results showed that the problem lies in its external plant caused presumably by the natural deterioration of the copper and the blocks of interconnection of external plant, in addition the lack of security in the cabinets. As a recommendation, is suggested the migration to a new access technology or the change of copper and cabinets where the study was performed-
