Abstract:

La Derecha ha vuelto con violencia y cinismo, se ha instalado en el poder. Es en este contexto en d?nde nos preguntamos por la universidad latinoamericana y del Caribe, por su futuro, por las grandes encrucijadas del presente. Pero ?en realidad la universidad tiene opciones? Estamos obligados a pensar la universidad, a preguntarnos por sus modelos, por sus pr?cticas, por la manera como se construyen y como tienen que ser construidas. The right has returned with violence and cynicism, has been installed in power. It is in this context where we ask for the Latin American and Caribbean University, for its future, for the great crossroads of the present. But does college actually have options? We are obliged to think of the university, to ask for their models, for their practices, for the way they are built and how they have to be built.
