Abstract:

Objective: To determine the influence of adherence to exclusive breastfeeding in anemia in children 0 to 6 months of Carolina 1, Pimocha Parish, October 2018 - April 2019. Methodology: the methodology used is purely quantitative since it is They applied the surveys to the mothers who go to the carolina health center. Whose study is quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, using the analytical method, with clearly quantitative modality. Results: The level of knowledge that mothers have about exclusive breastfeeding 48% responded little, 36% a lot and the other 16% said nothing, which is evident, that the nursing professional perform actions in a timely manner for This way, diminish the shortcomings mothers have when they start breastfeeding. Conclusions: The mothers of the health center lack information about the importance of breast milk, which means that, due to several factors, they do not breastfeed the infant, which causes the child to lose nutrition and some symptoms of the beginning of anemia, The doctor is sending nutrients that try to replace breast milk to reduce symptoms and to have a healthy child. Recommendations: Promote continuous training processes in health units in the community, so that the population of pregnant mothers, become aware that there is no better food than breast milk; It provides all the nutrients that the baby needs during its first months of life to prevent anemia and other diseases to their babies
