La biblioteca escolar como instrumento de desarrollo del proceso lector.

Abstract:

Esta investigación se originó por la deficiencia lectora que tiene la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Ciudad de Riobamba en el que se observa la limitación de textos literarios de la biblioteca, la falta de personal profesional y capacitado para el área; así mismo el uso inadecuado que se le proporciona a la biblioteca, y por ende no prioriza el horario para que los estudiantes hagan uso de la misma. La misión de este proyecto es dar la prioridad a la comunidad educativa para la enseñanza-aprendizaje y su formación para el desarrollo de destrezas y habilidades lectoras para desenvolverse en su cotidianidad, incentivando la motivación de hábito lector, para el estudiante, a través de actividades lúdicas y técnicas de lectura y de más, mediante una Guía Metodológica, sabiendo que la biblioteca es una herramienta clave para el desarrollo de conocimientos de investigación. Una biblioteca en un centro educativo promueve una enseñanza y un aprendizaje exitoso, respetando las normas que promueven el buen funcionamiento de la misma, cabe recalcar que no solo con la ayuda del estado prepondera una excelente educación sino también con ayuda de la comunidad educativa se logran grandes beneficios para el estudiante y la satisfacción de un excelente docente. This research was originated by the reading deficiency that has the Fiscal Education Unit “Ciudad de Riobamba” in which the limitation of literary texts of the library, the lack of professional and trained personnel for the area; Likewise, the inappropriate use that is provided to the library, and therefore does not prioritize the schedules for students to use it. The mission of this project is to give priority to the educational community for teaching-learning and its training for the development of reading skills and abilities to develop in their daily lives, encouraging the motivation of reading habits, for the student, through activities playful and reading techniques and more, through a Methodological Guide, knowing that the library is a key tool for the development of research knowledge. A library in an educational center promotes a successful teaching and learning, respecting the norms that promote its proper functioning, it should be emphasized that not only with the help of the state will an excellent education but also with the help of the educational community are achieved great benefits for the student and the satisfaction of an excellent teacher.
