Abstract:

How does the management of internal communication influence the prevention of occupational risks that the company Nestlé S.A. in the performance of its internal audience? Objetive: to analyze internal communication to prevention of occupational risks that the company Nestlé S.A. that exercise with your internal audience. Hypothesis: the internal communication for prevention of occupational risks that exercise that company Nestlé S.A. has not yet established an organizational culture that leads to the execution of occupational health practices to increase the performance of its internal audience. Variables: internal communication; prevention of occupational risks. Type: descriptive. Design: Non experimental-transectional. Methodology: phenomenology. Techniques: four quantitative and five qualitative. Sample: non probabilistic-intentional. Results: it is verified that the organizational culture and communication flows affect the prevention of the occupational risks.
