La competencia de liderazgo en la gestión administrativa de la empresa de agua de Manta
Abstract:
By exercising leadership, managers achieve a positive influence on their employees and therefore, greater results for the company. In this context, the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the development of leadership competence during the administrative management of managers in the Manta Water Company, during the period from March to December 2020. In the work methodology Direct observation was applied to 22 company executives, as well as the pre-experiment accompanied by the Chi-Square (X2) statistician for the evaluation of the main impacts achieved by the executives after various workshops and trainings carried out. The main results show an improvement in the leadership competence exercised by the studied executives of the Manta Water Company and therefore changes in their administrative management.
