Abstract:
In the previous century it experienced a marked conflict, mainly between the Andean South American nations, which meant disunity and confrontation between them in political, economic and even social areas. Undoubtedly one of the effects was for ethnic groups, although misnamed so by nature were relegated by society coming to violate other rights were respected despite the crisis in those times. In recent decades, perhaps though not all, were strengthened bilateral relations between various nations, who apparently came to understand the importance of regional integration to face the obstacles presented worldwide for the development of each country. the need for this to be carried out not only to safeguard the interests of each state to the international community, but to provide security and protection within society to its own people that essentially have in common the occupied territory and is evident ancestors. Decision 545 of the Andean Community of Nations has clearly been a major step in this process of unification it leads to the removal of borders (symbolically of course) and promotes a moral level, the practice of values that mostly had been forgotten following the intervention of international media and prejudices of society itself.
