Análisis de la demanda eléctrica para realizar un dimensionamiento ante el incremento de una nueva línea de producción en la empresa industrias catedral S.A
Abstract:
The current research work is focused on determining the actual state of the electrical system with a planning to five years of the transformer 200kVA, since, was known short features the actual state of the two transformers of 112.5 and 250kVA., it does not available of an electrical study, that allow to the production department plan an increase of a new line of pasta production, for this reason was made a demand study to the current electrical system of the enterprise, with the help of energy analyzer ASMC 3945 is took mediated every five minutes for seven consecutive days to determine the demand of the electric system from transformer 200kVA and can make through histograms a curve of daily charge from monday to friday and another saturday to sunday for knowing the real behavior of the system, determining the chargeability percentage transformer, voltage levels, potency factor, streams, losses. Further, it was made measurements at rush hour of one minute on the main boards from two transformers 112,5 and 250kVA to determine the electrical parameters with the help of simulation NEPLAN software, was performed a potency flow of the real state from three existent transformers in the enterprise, verified the chargeability level from transformer 200kVA.
