Análisis de la eficiencia del gasto público del Ecuador período 2006-2014

Abstract:

The present work of investigation has appeared with the principal aim to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively the distribution of the financial resources of the Ecuador in the last decade, doing emphasis in the year 2014 in order to evaluate the efficiency of the Public expenditure. It is so, in the first instance one indicated the environment of the economic and fiscal politics and his aims, which frame to the General Budget of the State, which is formed by the Income and the Expense of the State. Likewise, he identified, the evolution of the Public expenditure, with relation to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and to his distribution in the studied years, with the intention of qualifying the same one. In addition, criteria of measurement were identified, with which efficiency and sustainability decided by virtue of the established and like that policies to formulate the offer by means of a scheme of reduction of certain Expenses
