La gestión administrativa en el acompañamiento pedagógico del docente de la Unidad Educativa Bicentenario D7 en el cantón Quito provincia Pichincha en el año 2018


Abstract:

The present project has as a research topic the administrative management in the pedagogical accompaniment of the teacher of the Educational Unit Bicentenario D7 in the canton Quito Pichincha province in the year 2018. This investigation is carried out to know the incidence of the administrative management in the pedagogical accompaniment. A bibliographic research was carried out with techniques and contributions from teachers with philosophical, pedagogical and legal foundations that bases the project. The study was carried out through direct observation in the institution, where the existing problem could be found. The analysis for the investigation was made through the interview with the director and the survey applied to students and teachers. As a result, a weak pedagogical accompaniment was obtained. The educational project tries to be a useful tool to make known a different model, towards new strategies, with the purpose of generating and strengthening the pedagogical accompaniment to the teacher. This research makes an important contribution to education, because it improves the quality of education, for this reason it is considered important to elaborate and apply a plan for pedagogical accompaniment that generates a change in the educational institution
