La gestión del capital y el ahorro programado: un estudio descriptivo de corte transeccional al sector cooperativo de la provincia de Tungurahua

Abstract:

One of the most studied factors in the management of higher education institutions is the quality of processes and their formalization as value drivers. Therefore, the main objective of this research was to study the level of maturity in the formalization of titling processes in institutions of higher education in the province of Tungurahua. For this reason, a structured instrument based on the ISO 9001-2015 standard was used. This proposal of the quality management system has been validated within 26 careers of four different Universities of the city of Ambato: Ambato Technical University, Indoamerican Technological University, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador-Ambato Headquarters and the Regional Autonomous University of Ambato. Andes. The results obtained from the work are constituted by: quality policy, quality objectives, indicators for project management, scoring system (level of maturity).
