La gestión educativa y su incidencia en el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Virgilio Abarca Montesinos de la parroquia Urdaneta, cantón Saraguro, provincia de Loja, durante el periodo 2016-2017.

Abstract:

The present research work is named: The educational management and its impact on the teachers’ job satisfaction level of the Unidad Educativa “Virgilio Abarca Montesinos”, of the Urdaneta neighborhood, Saraguro canton, Loja province, during 2016-2017 term, which main problem is ¿In what way the educational management influences the teacher’s job satisfaction level? it is stablished as the general objective to analyze the influence of the management on the teacher’s job satisfaction. This study was done in the educative institution mentioned before, 33 teachers were involved, it was used the inductive, deductive, analytical-synthetic and statistical methods. Moreover, it was employed the survey and its instrument (the questionnaire), the observation, reading and summary, techniques. It was taking into account some aspects such as: teachers organization, communication and coordination, infrastructure and resources, which ones served to conclude that teachers support the management activity according to the teaching organization. In addition, they also agree with the communication and coordination levels included by the Mineduc; however, it is important to emphasize that exist dissatisfaction with the infrastructure and resources, it means that classrooms, laboratories, teachers’ rooms and teaching materials are not in adequate conditions. In order to answer the questions and reach the goals, it is concluded that the educational management really affects the teachers’ job satisfaction.
