Abstract:

The present research work was developed in the Case Study service company, with the general objective of implementing a financial management model in order to have better control in the economic field, the technique that was applied for the investigation was the of the surveys, which showed results, such as the lack of an accounting-financial department and a financial management and control model, in addition, a comparative analysis of the financial statements of the years 2019 and 2020 was carried out, and it was possible to diagnose the problems they went through in 2020 during the pandemic. It is concluded that by hiring a plant accountant who will be in charge of the accounting-financial department, the Case Study company will be able to manage, evaluate and control financial resources, obtaining favorable results for the company and order and control over the company is recommended. the functions performed by each department, because in this way it is possible to guarantee that the results that are proposed in the short or long term are achieved, in addition to the periodic review of the results that have been obtained by each department and the general review of the company, for which can make timely and accurate decisions for the benefit of the company.
