Abstract:

The present project has as purpose to elaborate the illustrated story as a tool of animation to the reading for adolescents. The low rate of reading activity is due to the context and lack of educational resources. It is necessary to identify the importance of illustrations in the production of printed publications aimed at passive readers. In order to carry out the research, it was necessary to use the observation, the survey and the interview to obtain information relevant to the execution of the proposal.
