La importancia práctica de la mediación en las Defensorías Comunitarias de la Niñez y Adolescencia: Un estudio específico en la ciudad de Loja durante el período Enero-Junio 2014.

Abstract:

Opposite to the violation of the rights of the Childhood and Adolescence in our country, there decides the creation of diverse organisms for his protection in every region, which is constituted of diverse forms, being the one that reflects a direct contact with this group the Defensorias Comunitarias called of the Childhood and Adolescence, located in every sector of the diverse cities of our country and Loja is not the exception. The present work investigative will allow us to establish in a precise way the practical reality of the mediation of processes presented before Defensorias Comunitarias of the Childhood and Adolescence of every sector of Loja's city, during the period In January - June, 2014 and which is the right that commonly is damaged. In addition an analysis will be realized to determine if the community defenders and the community are qualified in this topic. To define this information the investigation evidently has proceeded to the application of methods, technologies and instruments as key informants who will reach to this information form of each one the Defensorias Comunitarias of the Childhood and Adolescence of Loja's City.
