Abstract:

This research aims to analyze job security as a policy of the Venezuelan State for the purpose of studying the impact it has on labor forces, specifically as a key business development factor. The research is descriptive based on a desk study, for this investigation we have used the various doctrinal who have studied the issue of job security both national and international perspectives. When the documentary analysis it was concluded that job security has been a policy pursued by the Venezuelan State for more than fourteen years to the current date and has generated significant impact on the business sector due to the exaggerated protection afforded to workers in labor matters.
