La incidencia de los promotores sociales en la ejecución de las políticas de desarrollo local de la Prefectura del Azuay

Abstract:

This paper presents an analysis of the promotion in the Prefecture of Azuay and its impact on the implementation of the public policies. The document consists of three chapters: the first one is a descriptive introduction of the province of Azuay and also of the Quinquennial Plan 2010-2014. The second chapter presents the diagnosis of the problem, and finally the third one presents a proposal to strengthen the team of promoters of the Prefecture of Azuay.
