La migración en el Azuay y su incidencia en el sector inmobiliario: estudio caso de la Ciudad de Cuenca, durante el periodo 2005–2012

Abstract:

The following research entitled: " La Migración en el Azuay y su incidencia en el sector inmobiliario: Estudio caso de la ciudad de Cuenca, durante el periodo 2005 – 2012", the factors that have led to the city becoming is present a destination of immigrants and emigrants. Similarly disclosed the direct influence has been, and migration in the purchase of real estate in the middle of it, with social considerations such as improving the quality of life through increased purchasing power by of migrants and their families. In the research process is achieved also determine data such as geographical preference for real estate investments in both rural and urban areas, the main source of funding is generated as a result of migration. In the same sense also addresses the issue with social factors such as family breakdown, the process of training and eduction of children of migrants and the overall cost to be paid by these families in an effort to improve their quality of life. In cities like Cuenca, where a large this population has emigrated and has welcomed immigrants, these situations are reflected in elements as the rising cost of land for construction and housing itself. Whenever factors as the cause are analyzed to migrate and especially the motivations of investment in real estate; the results of the investigation are presented, as well as the problems and constraints arising in the development of this work; it can be a starting point for future research related to real estate and investments made by migrants and immigrants.
