Análisis de la gestión administrativa y de la gestión de talento humano en la Facultad Piloto de Odotología de la Universidad de Guayaquil enfocado en el Sistema de Auditoria de Riesgos de Trabajo (SART).


Abstract:

The development of this study is intended to analyze the current status of various factors that affect the integrity of the institution's staff, the purpose of which is to minimize the risks to which they are exposed. This can be achieved through the implementation of diverse mechanisms’ such as: constantly monitored inspections which produce measurements of the different variables that can cause such risks. In concurrence with the work of titration of Mr. Patricio Vergara oriented in the Technical Management and of Mr. Julio Yépez conform to the management of procedures and core programs, the three jobs reinforce the conclusions of the investigation of research engineer Gabriela Serrano entitled; "Proposal Management System". This research was conducted at the campus of the Pilot Faculty of Dentistry in the University of Guayaquil, by employing equipment that exhibited qualified measurements combined with inquest results of exposed liabilities in concordance with the Ministry of Labor Relations, then applying a questionnaire of information on safety, industrial hygiene and job performance. It should be noted that the diagnosis of the SART applied to the mentioned application has a rating of 1.7 and presents nine major nonconformities. There are a total of 50 recommendations that the investigation makes reference to. To implement these modifications the investment would surpass the amount of $467.509.06.
