La perversión como suplencia en la psicosis en el caso del Sr. M de M´Uzan releído por Jean Claude Maleval.

Abstract:

The present research work seeks to be a contribution that contributes to theoretically place the perverse substitution in psychosis, and differentiate it from the perverse structure. For this, we use the analysis of two cases: on the one hand, a case of a psychosis with perverse substitution of Mr. M de M´uzan reread by Jean Claude Maleval and on the other hand a case of perversion: Daniel Camargo Barbosa. In this research, an attempt is made to expose under psychoanalytic theory each of the psychic structures: neurosis, psychosis, and perversion, in order to understand how the subject operates in said structures. A didactic writing is carried out where the defense mechanism of each one is located, and their respective characteristics. By means of the comparative method, based on the analyzes carried out in each of the cases, there are similarities and differences between a subject with perverse substitution and a perverse subject, to facilitate the differential diagnosis.
