La pictografía en el desarrollo del lenguaje aumentativo y alternativo en jóvenes con discapacidad.


Abstract:

This research project has a quantitative approach due to it has a positivist paradigm, was feasible because it had bibliographic information that has been taken from several research work and scientific journals it made a diagnostic of the target place of the investigation and describes the neccesity that youth with disabilities from “Public Institute of Special Education” have in order to develop an augmentative and alternative language through pictography using a orientated proposal in two specific objectives; it started with the perceptual level because it allowed to explore and describe all aspects about the language development through the pictography in the communication process, also it was apprehensive because it allowed us to make comparisons and analyze the results product, was comprehensive because it will disclose all found in the investigation, it is important to mention that it was not experimental because it did not modify the existing theories, it was descriptive, it applied the deductive method because it departs from problem observation that is to say from language development, this information is then connected to the problem statement, next how the pictography influences in the development of augmentative and alternative language in youth with disabilities, as a deduction it considered the results got from the empiric methods applied in the unit of the study and finally it has been applied the proposal as an alternative of solution of development of it.
