Análisis de la gestión de inventario de la empresa Disfagon S.A: 2015 – 2018
Abstract:
The present case study is to know the current situation that is going through the company Disfagon S.A with respect to management procedures and control in the management of their inventories in the period of time from 2015 to 2018 through the application of technical method and research tool will be able to discover the main failures or shortfalls that are causing deterioration in the goods, lack of medical supplies, shrinkage, and other circumstances that have caused to affect the economic health of the organization. In addition to evaluating the conditions in which the worker performs his duties in the winery area, a qualitative and quantitative analysis will be used as a means of obtaining information, an interview and a survey will be used that will be directed to the operative employees of this area and their average chief of command of the organizational structure by means of this case study it is suggested to design a system of control and management of the inventory that benefits the good practices tasks to safeguard the economic resources that this company invests at the moment of acquiring this type of products.
