La planificación empresarial y la rentabilidad económica en las empresas distribuidoras de tableros aglomerados en el cantón Ambato

Abstract:

The present research project aims to study business planning and its impact on economic profitability in the distribution companies of chipboards in the canton of Ambato. Business planning allows the company to prepare for external and internal problems that may occur over time; On the other hand, the profitability can be affected by these problems, reason for which has been seen the need to carry out this research project. To this end, a field research has been carried out to collect data, the same that have been analyzed and interpreted according to the different opinions of the personnel of the companies. Also, we use statistical processes that have contributed to the verification of the hypothesis that has been raised. The study has determined that all companies produce waste generated in the process of cutting wood, which are not being reused.
