La planificación estratégica financiera y la toma de decisiones en la Unidad Educativa Andino de la ciudad de Ambato del año 2014-2015

Abstract:

The analysis of the case presented up next is focused on financial strategic planification and also on decision making on Unidad Educativa Andino, as this institution needed some improvement in the economic-financial part, because the existing planification didn't provided the necessary tools so that the management can make the best decisions. This investigative work was made with the objective of growing more in knowledge about financial strategic planification and how this influences on management decision making, to help Centro Escolar Andino to improve on its administration, is for this reason, that a deep study was made over the institution, to detect which are the soft spots and to be able to give the necessary improvements with the purpose of addecuate the decision making processes, achieving objectives and goals raised. For this reason, several administrational processes were made, such as: mision, vision, politics, objectives, institutional FODA, budgets, cash flows, financial ratings and a semaforization to check results. All this will benefit to the financial development of the institution.
