La política económica adoptada por el Gobierno Ecuatoriano y su efecto en los niveles de empleo, período 2012-2016, caso sector Fertisa

Abstract:

The present titling work seeks to expose the effect of the economic policy adopted by the Ecuadorian government on employment levels, during the period 2012-2016. For this purpose, documentary information was analyzed on the targeting of the economic policy objective in labor matters. and employment statistics at the national level given by the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC). It was noted that Ecuador is experiencing a critical situation in the promotion of decent and quality employment, which generates inequalities and social problems. The information was complemented with a survey that was applied to a sample of 347 people from the Fertisa sector, where it was confirmed that unemployment and inadequate employment are two problems that affect the families of this population. It is necessary to change the direction of economic policy and create more sources of decent employment in Ecuador
