Abstract:

The restrictions theory is a systematic methodology of management and improves of a business; it was introduced by the Dr. Eli Goldratt, this theory searches to improve the productivity of a system identifying its restriction and optimize to reach the wished goal of an enterprise or business. PLANOFA C.A., is an enterprise dedicated to the industrial prosecuting of fruits and vegetables; produces pulp, jams, juices, nectars and quality preserves in different forms of flavors, which is intended to implement a "TOC" by strengthening the productive processes, improving business productivity.
