La programación neurolingüística en el desempeño escolar en la asignatura de ciencias naturales en los estudiantes del octavo año de educación general básica, Unidad Educativa Lodana, zona 4 distrito 13D04, provincia Manabí, cantón Santa Ana, parroquia Lodana, periodo 2014 – 2015.


Abstract:

The family is the central nucleus thanks to the role played by the school in developing a society free of prejudice in the children who in the near future will be the leaders of the nation. Both entities form the personality of the human being making it a social referent, which directly influences the interaction between the members of society and the environment that surrounds us. For the reasons stated above, it is essential to carry out this research project and thus contribute to the development of the students' skills and abilities, by implementing the contribution that the techniques of neurolinguistic programming have made to strengthen the quality of school performance in the "Lodana" Educational Unit of the canton Santa Ana. We propose to promote the quality of the teaching-learning process. The methods used in the mentioned research are inductive, deductive, analytical and statistical, and the methodological perspective is interpretative. The analysis shows that parents are interested in the improvement of the education their children receive in the aforementioned institution. Concluding that the techniques of neurolinguistic programming improve the quality of school performance, which in turn improves the learning process of the students, we will through this research project present the design of a digital educational guide with its respective developments so that the teacher can apply them in the educational process through the Inverted Classroom approach, where the student is the protagonist of learning and the teacher is the guide of the evolution of knowledge in the student's thought process
