Abstract:

Basic financial, for making short-term decisions in Architectural and Industrial Furniture company in the city of Quito - Through this research analysis and implementation of administrative tools was made. It was conducted field research considering the observation, document collection and interviews, collecting data on production costs, analyzing and obtaining within this research recommendations such as for example continue to manufacture each of the products studied the results threw be profitable for marketing, the company has all the capacity to continue to operate and can accept special orders, including the recommendations could be made are the used cell production by hired labor to better control costs and keep most successful of these classifying them into fixed and variable costs analysis, breakeven was determined by production volume and values, we determined what is the most sensitive variable with the respective changes in numbers and a matrix was designed that the owner of the company can use to analyze different scenarios and to make better decisions at the next opportunity
