La responsabilidad penal de la persona jurídica : un debate de actualidad.

Abstract:

The work on the subject that I have selected is essential to establish two criteria, two opinions and two opposing arguments, each with its reasoning depending on the author according to the differences answers. An important doctrinal sector that we will call traditional, argues very firmly that it is a true heresy even to thinks that the legal person can be condemned charge, imputed, accused and even sanctioned by criminal responsabililities, which only correspond to the legal respresentatives of the legal person or those who make up its governing bodies, its shareholders boards or partners. They oppose this traditional manifestation, which according to modernist criteria are owe by the legal entity that has caused damages, offenses or grievances to be sanctioned with legislation that must be created with sufficient basis. This is the summary of the work I undertake: expose the position of a trend that you think of a trend in contrast with the other reasoning or statements, point of view, and that you think of the other trend. I also thought it is necessary to place myself in support of what I considered seems most reasonable and accurate to me, as will be seen in the following lines.
