La tuberculosis como enfermedad social y sus efectos en las relaciones interpersonales de los pacientes con diagnóstico confirmado del Centro de Salud # 11
Abstract:
Interpersonal relationships in patients with tuberculosis are affected because there is a fear and ignorance on the part of the family members and circle of friends to know how to deal with them, in addition the patient feels diminished, they suffer a period of crisis characterized by a physical, social and psychological imbalance, accompanied by loneliness, fear and isolation, which affects their interpersonal relationships. The objective of this research is to propose a plan of intervention in tuberculosis as a social disease and its effects in the interpersonal relationships of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of the Health Center # 11. We used the qualitative methodology, share action type, xviii where open unstructured interviews were applied to 5 patients, using a recorder. Once the information was collected, it was interpreted, analyzed and categorized; where it was evidenced in the key informants, the biopsychosocial areas in which the family and social environment affects the interpersonal relationships of the patients with tuberculosis of the Health Center # 11. From the results obtained, a theoretical approach focused on describing the emotions, attitudes and the influence of society that affect the interpersonal relationships of patients with tuberculosis of the health Center # 11 was elaborated. It can be concluded that it is possible to demonstrate in this study that tuberculosis becomes a social disease since the results show that the patient is left alone, sad and isolated, because in our country there is a myth that tuberculosis only suffers from tuberculosis. drug addicts, prostitutes and people with vices, causing the family and circle of friends to tend to isolate or leave these patients alone, which directly affects their interpersonal relationships.
