Labor Insertion Graduates, first job and the work environment-Case of the of Faculty of Economic Sciences UCE, 2011-2015
Abstract:
This article presents important aspects of the labor insertion and significant data of the professional scope of the graduates of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Central University. Some variables such as: career, time and form to find their first job, programs such as internships and pre-professional practices, type of employment they perform, level of remuneration and the valuation of certain factors that influenced the recruitment of their first job, which were analyzed statistically. The employability of the new graduates is related to the employment, underemployment and unemployment rates that affect the economy of the country, where each promotion of professionals must integrate the labor market, and the convergence between academic knowledge and the area where new professionals play.
