Abstract:

The Finances have given an important turn into the economy around the world, changing people´s lifestyle, alike inside the cooperative sector, as much as, in Ecuador control and vigilance entities have been created to itself, as (SEPS) Superintendence Economy Popular of Solidary. This investigation, has as a primarily objective to test how “Forgotten Effects Theory” helps in the Financial Cooperative Sector analysis, because pretends to know what are the factors or indicators that trigger cooperative sector economic instability and therefore the closure thereof, for research four cooperatives which was selected a comparison of 2 was performed on 2 taken from the database established by the (SEPS) , for which information once established , submit to an analysis of the theory of forgotten effects ( FET ) with analysis by the SEPS , for variations or similarities , in applying the (FET )The research proposes a matrix of linguistic variables, as financial indices must be transformed by a table of values of incidence across ranges of improving them to gain an assessment in a range of 0 to 1, these being: optimal, medium or low, with their respective units of measurement, to finally know the level of growth and financial performance in cooperatives and the economic situation of the same, to thereby make decisions reliably and effectively met
