Las habilidades asociativas y la cooperación empresarial en las asociaciones de servicios de la provincia de Tungurahua

Abstract:

The investigative work has the purpose of revealing the detected problems about the limited organization in the service associations of the province of Tungurahua, one of the key points, are the deficient associative skills, the same ones that lead to an empirical business cooperation; provoking a situation of permanent stress since the lack of knowledge in business relational coordination has been causing an incorrect decision making; significantly affecting financial growth over the last few years; for associations, the deterioration of corporate finances; therefore, financial instability predominates, being key for associations to falter in the market and stop being productive, resulting in the continuous loss of development opportunities and contributing to the deterioration of corporate finances; therefore financial instability predominates, being key for the associations to falter in the market and stop being productive. For the present study a sample of the total population was taken by 215 partners, who through a survey could gather information about the variables studied; once the data on associative skills is analyzed, cohesion is strong, however, communication is close to average; It is worth mentioning that the organizational climate, teamwork, participation and leadership are the poor associative skills; therefore, the level of business cooperation is staggering, as sales have decreased significantly in the last 2 years and, according to the partners' perspectives, the acquisition of fixed assets remained stable; for them these two indicators allows to determine that the level of business cooperation is low, and to solve the problem within the service associations a business strengthening model is proposed that allows contributing to improve the optimal development of associative skills, through this model It will be possible to develop indicators that allow evaluating the performance of the business cooperation of the partners and keep the associative skills in equilibrium, allowing in this way to help the financial growth and contribution in the decision making made by the Directives and partners of the associations of the province of Tungurahua.
