Las nuevas tecnologías en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Octavo año en la asignatura de matemática del Colegio Vicente Rocafuerte.
Abstract:
The present study arises because education is important because it is an essential part of life, since birth the man is acquiring knowledge that is part of his life so it is important the role of the teacher to transfer the contents in such a way that it achieves an integral education in its disciples, additionally the man has achieved great advances in the technology being the new technologies a factor that they affect in the academic yield. This is how this project of an educational nature arises, especially in the Mathematics subject, which is elementary in the academic formation, therefore the eighth grade students of general basic education of the Vicente Rocafuerte Fiscal Education Unit of the city of Guayaquil. The methodology applied was qualitative and quantitative since it is an issue that involves society in general, besides using research techniques and instruments that favor the development of research, the types of research also give way to optimizing the I studied and found why the problem arises and with it a solution that covers the deficiencies in the process of acquisition of notions in the area of mathematics. As previously described, new technologies are integrated into education being an educational mobile application.
