Las relaciones interpersonales y su incidencia en la capacidad comunicativa de los actores de la comunidad educativa de la escuela fiscal de educación básica "Quito"

Abstract:

This research is aimed at elementary school tax "Quito", which is located in the cooperative Manuela Cañizares sector Florida Norte belonging to the Tarqui parish located in the Canton Guayaquil - Guayas Province, District 6 Zone 8 of Ecuador, the purpose of this research is to achieve good communication between the actors of the educational community, thus improving interpersonal relationships, based on an evaluation scheme of social and academic in appearance that each group develops daily. The study aims to establish the causes, effects and possible solutions to a problem that has considered in certain social strata as usual. In this research emphasis on analyzing the work of teachers from various points of view including the ethical, social, institutional and / or teaching, where they will be announced to the players the rules of good treatment and sinceit is interpersonal relationships will be developed so educated, cultured and proper use at the time of interacting with peers. This work is developed from the quantitative approach, using a method -descriptivo correlational research; the sample is 2 teachers, 1 director, 48 students 39 legal representatives.
