Laser en la remoción de procesos patológicos a nivel odontológico

Abstract:

With this job, we are trying to do an actualization from a critical and scientific point of view. Currently the surgical remover of a pathological process in the oral region is removed in a minor period of time and also a minor percentage of residue from these pathological processes, the laser technological is a new instrument that can be used in different areas of dentistry thanks to the wide range of laser rays that exist, also because of the bactericidal effect that the laser offers, this instrument guarantees to give optimal results according to the area there it is placed. The specialized equipment and also the application of the laser are not yet diffused to dentists at this moment .The objective of this work is to present the principal characters and properties of laser and also the safety protocol because of the fact that the laser instrument has its risks, the characters of the laser instrument allow a faster surgical procedure and offer more comfort for the dentist and less postoperative fatigue for the patient and it is for this reason why now a day’s more dentists are trying to substitute conventional surgery with surgical instruments for the laser instrument in this investigation it also mentions the advantages and disadvantage of the laser instrument.
