Leadership and multiple intelligences. Contributions for a transformational management

Abstract:

The social, economic and political situation in the current context has become even more acute due to the impact left by the pandemic, as well as by the war situation in the West, this reality is also reflected in the organizations, who seek under the figure of a manager, give an effective response to the various problems that society has, for this, it is proposed to devise a new transformational managerial paradigm that can, through leadership and the theory of multiple intelligences, create a type of organization and institution that account of this situation and can, from the responsibility and social commitment, offer sustainability, sustainable and profitable projects for society. In this sense, the objective of this research is to analyze leadership and multiple intelligences as contributions to transformational management, which from a hermeneutic methodology allows us to make an interpretation of the various theoretical references present in different bibliographies to build an epistemic reference.
