Leadership as entrepreneurial skills

Abstract:

The entrepreneurship and the characteristics of people who carry out are areas of research in expansion in the last year, due to the role that the entrepreneurs play in the dynamics of the economies, whether this could be products of job generation or process innovation, goods or services. Knowing the characteristics that differ those entrepreneurs, allowed researchers develop competency models that are consider relevant when carrying out a business idea. The leadership style that leads to the success has been the subject of several studies without any consensus. However, several of the articles reviewed suggest a similarity between the so called entrepreneurial leadership and transformational leadership.
