Leadership in the transformation of higher edu-synchronous cation


Abstract:

In this new post-pandemic era, it is necessary to eliminate the conventional limits of business leadership. Therefore, synchronous leadership is proposed as the new way to deploy the highest national experience to control its processes in the current stage after the influence of the pandemic in education. For its implementation as the best continuous engine of the transformation of higher education in an Ecuadorian institution, it is necessary to initially diagnose the state of the authors, which is the objective of the research. It is also known that organizations need to be humanized to achieve a community in which people are at the center of the business and in which quality relationships are established based on the desire to share a common space in the long term. For this, it is essential to recognize human characteristics. To comply with this, a case study was presented, then the IADOV technique was applied. Finally, strategies are proposed to be followed to eliminate the gaps detected.
