Abstract:

The article deals with the identification of the main aspects of Mushuk Kawsay Foundation's administrative financial management. It is studied the type of functional organizational structure and planning tools used to carry out the activities. The skills and abilities of human talent for the development of tasks and how is the management of economic and financial resources. The conceptual framework describes the administrative processes such as: planning, organization, direction and control, and then associate which of these processes are used in the management and development of the Foundation's activities.
