Abstract:
Human talent management is a strategic area that over time has become important for the top management of the organization. People are considered as a key success factor and its objective is to involve personnel for institutional purposes. The objective of the proposed research is: To analyze the influence of human talent management on personnel turnover in the cooperative sector of segment 4 in the Ambato canton. The research has a qualitative-quantitative approach, of documentary and field design, with a correlational scope. A questionnaire composed of 13 questions that evaluates the variables of human talent management and personnel turnover was applied to a population of 122 workers from four COACs that agreed to participate in the study. The validity of the instrument is evaluated through Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient and to analyze the correlation between the variable’s human talent management and staff turnover, Spearman’s method is applied. The analyzed indicators that have a greater incidence in the personnel turnover in the COACs of segment 4 in the Ambato canton are: Payment of overtime, low incentives, poor performance evaluation, lack of professional development and inefficient communication; these evaluated indicators contribute to the disengagement of workers and high personnel turnover in the organizations.
