Liderazgo de Género y Su Incidencia en el Desempeño Financiero de Empresas del Sector Agrícola.

Abstract:

In the present work it will be determined if there is a relationship between gender leadership and financial performance in large companies. This research will be developed under a quantitative approach using the chi-square technique where the variable leadership and financial performance were measured based on the information obtained from the Superintendence of securities and insurance companies. As a result, it was obtained that gender leadership and financial performance are two dependent variables with a 5% level of significance.
