Liderazgo de las organizaciones sociales y su estrategia para la construcción de capital social desde la perspectiva de la academia

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to determine the profile that characterizes CSOs in the field of organizational leadership and strategic management to promote links and networks with the Academy, which allows building social capital and strengthening the social fabric. The methodological design of a mixed approach through the Delphi sit method at an exploratory-descriptive level. The sample dates from 11 experts from different universities in Ecuador to whom structured interviews and Likert scale surveys were applied as data collection techniques. The results determine that leadership is an essential element for the construction of social capital between different actors, giving way to strategic management and planning. In addition, define the characteristics of the profile that the Academy seeks in CSOs, such as: direction, capacities, structure, and organizational culture.
