Liderazgo y Estrategias para la construcción de Capital Social en las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil: Perspectiva de los Cooperantes Internacionales

Abstract:

This research seeks to determine a profile of civil social organization that has characteristics or qualities of leadership and strategic management that allow the accumulation of social capital to promote better network links with international cooperation actors as the main stakeholder. This is intended to be achieved from the implementation of the Delphi method in two phases, a qualitative one through the interview of open questions that generates items and categories; and another quantitative one that will start from the information of the previous phase for the generation of a survey of closed questions. The main results of this study consist of the finding of consensus among cooperation experts. The final product of this study consists of recommendations for these organizations to cope with the effects of the pandemic.
