Liderazgo y su estrategia para la construcción del capital social en las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, desde la perspectiva del sector gubernamental

Abstract:

This research addresses the profile that characterizes civil society organizations (CSO) in the field of leadership and strategic management to promote links and networks with the public sector, which would allow building social capital and strengthening the social fabric in a pandemic context. This consensus is found with the Delphi method in two investigative moments, one qualitative, through interviews, and the other quantitative, through surveys. The main results of this study are the finding of consensus around the described areas that concern the internal structure of the organization as the basis of the relationship with the public sector.
